I want to change the gear ratio in the rear end from its present 5.14 ratio to a higher 3.90 or 4.11 ratio. The research I've done tells me they used the same rear end in 1946-1960 Chevy 1 ton trucks. Can anyone tell me if this is a Dana rear end and if yes what model?
