Sounds like you may not be getting gas to the carb. Take the fuel line off & crank it over. It should squirt gas out. If you are pouring gas in the throat of the carb you will get some leakage at the throttle shaft. Those carbs are pretty simple. You might be able to clean it out yourself. If you get a rebuilt don,t give them the old carb till all is done & running good.
