Don't depend on a carb from AZ to be rebuilt correctly. The Rochester needs to be rebuilt on an individual basis by someone who knows how to bush the throttle shaft and take the warpage out of the air horn. Which is an exercise in futility, it will warp again.
For some excellent advice, do a search of this forum using the word rochester and the user name of carbking. He has forgotten more about these carbs than most of us have ever known.
