Are you referring to the spring clips ("chrome clips" or painted clips) )that attach to the inner body and keep the sliding panes from sliding forward? Or, are you referring to the stainless handle that goes on the sliding window?
The stainless steel pieces on the sliding windows are different for different makes (GMC and Chevrolet) and/or different years.
