My wife got in an accident last night in her '72. Luckily shes fine, a bit sore and a bit shook up over it. I saw her truck today and she really couldnt have done a better job.
She managed to hit right between the frame rails, no damage to the frame or steering components. One of the fenders has a small dent. The grill and hood are 'V'ed into the trucks center, I have spare parts for those. The turn signals and headlights survived, everything being pulled into the grills center. The bumper is bent all over hell and back.
The radiator and transmission cooler need to be replaced and I was wondering who here has had that stuff replaced? Ive looked through a few parts suppliers and Im wondering if it would be better off to go through a local place?
Ill also need some new front end parts, radiator support, grill, etc. Anyone buy that stuff recently? Whats the quality like?
