item 27 to 30 are not electrolytic caps even if they are listed under that heading. Just goes to show you that John F. Rider wasn't right all of the time either.
After a thourough cleaning I lubed the sliders with Lubriplate. shafts and bushings with light oil such as 3 in 1 or sewing machine oil.
Don't quite know what you want to scale on the dial? Mine is all together and installed so I can't get into the front part. Do you just want to cut the pointer off??
