Just make absolutly sure that it is a Chevy application carb. Some Fords used the YF also, with crossover on the part numbers. But the ford version is jetted something like 150-200% fatter than the Chevy version, which will make it run rich. I learned that lesson the hard way. Went to Holleys and never looked back!
