I'm shopping for a 3.8 liter dual overhead cam Jag engine (I-6) to build into a stovebolt. The sports car racing team I hung out with back in college had a 55 1st. series short bed for a pit truck with a Ferarri V-12 in it. That one got everybody's attention, especially since it had the original straight front axle and drum brakes all around! The rear axle was out of a Jag XK-140, and the trans was a Colotti 5-speed.
