Well, that was easy enough. After getting on three pairs of pants and the same number of socks along with my heavy coat, I went out and put the little propane torch on one of them for a couple minutes, wacked it with a hammer, and put a ratchet on it. Came loose very easily, and the second one didn't even need the torch. Now I just need a place where I can safely jack it up and take it off.
