My 4t6 is different but installation should be similiar. I bought tape from local glass company and was all rubber and three times wider than needed. I used liquid soap to ease installation. I taped setting tape to glass, wetted with soap and tapped into channel. Then the tape was laid into bottom channel and attached to upper frame. Excess tape was cut with utility knife. I installed into door with new whiskers and channel felt and clamped into place to "set" new weatherstripping. I installed newly painted and greased regulators and it seems to work with ease. It hasn't been road tested or leak tested as it still in garage. I also insulated with a product called "Reflectex" bought at the box store.
