I'm pretty sure the bearings ain't in the same place. We've must have done at least 10 full rotations on the fan trying to turn the crankshaft, the guys at the machine shop that we orderered the new head from called, the head came in this morning. The mechanic and my buddy will be pretty eager to put the head on and get the engine running, so i don't know if it's worth [censored] them off to go plastigage it. I trust yall and everything, and i keep worrying that i'll throw a rod or something. I'm pretty sure if i dont plastigage it, i'll be shaking too much to turn the ignition when we put it back together.
