I think the original one was "sort of a long one" with a straight piece of wire also. In other words trhe spring was a "two part" spring. Hope this helps..and as George says see if you can shoot a little grease in the fitting that should be on the pedal where it pivots on the master cylinder.....heck, a screen door spring would even work. | | |
