I used a small whiz wheel on a Dremel tool to cut the old one out by splitting it down the middle. Then picked out the old split one using a small screwdriver. Then very carefully pried up the edges, cleaned out the residue and slid the new one in place. The new one was a little too long so I had to trim it off. Then using a small ball peen hammer I tapped the pried up edges back down. Seemed to work OK. Weeds
