I just talked to Classic. Their story is the missing part came in the same day the order was packed and is included in my box. They just forgot to change the note on my invoice.

I will take pictures and post them but it won't happen until later in the winter. I still have about 1500 miles to put on the truck to make a 10,000 mile year.
