There are steel pads that are about 12" x 12" (they come in all sizes really) that have 4 rods with a big mushroom head on one side. That side goes down and the flat side goes level with the concrete. They work great if you put a couple here and there, then you can weld a stand or whatever you need to one at a later date.
Dont like it, grind it down and start over.
