I would take it to a machine shop and say; " rebuild it", LOL.
First thing you need to do is to evaluate it. Will it run? Do a compression check to see if there's anything obvious that may condemn the engine. If you still want it rebuild, you disassemble it, have it "tanked" and magnafluxed (checked for cracks). If it passes all of that the you can decide how extreme you want to go. H.P. cost money, how far you want to go is up to your wallet,
