yea, and laws were made to be broken anyway. LOL.
seriously, like waldo said, it would be too hard for the police to enforce,t hats for sure.
i rememebr back in the late 70's, my brothers friends all had big 4 wheel drive trucks, and the police would check the heights of the head lights. had to be a certain distance, if over that they would ticket them.
so allt he 4 wheelers would just make brackets and put head lights on their bumpers to bring them down.
there is always a way around a law.
