Denny the story about the tail light being relocated to the front of the stake pocket is valid. I don't know where to find it but I have seen it done that way on 100 point restored trucks. With the bracket behind like most of us have it there is interference between the license plate and the bumper brackets. I've had to trim my plate so it won't rub on them.
