Don't see what the connection is with the Huck brakes, and the 1950 still had Huck brakes.
Got the manual Bill, that's some of the illustrations that I was referencing to. I believe that all of the drawings were dated June of 1953. There were many changes being made in the two ir three years prior to the release of the new models '55.
