Someone above said to disassemble the starter and inspect it and then clean it up.... Is that a good idea...??? Don't think so. And as far as the generator gos, is it better in your opinion to get an alternator? I mean, I don't think it is because I am not adding any options for the truck any more than what's already on it and I don't want to have to mess with rewiring/out of place weird looking alternator.
