Well, I got the switch off. Contacts are good, I think. It was getting electricity to it because when it was off(note: I didn't touch it with my hands and I had gloves on) of the starter the voltmeter showed electricity to the underside of the lug on the switch AND the part that comes down when it is pushed in. I'll take it off again and post pictures but it's still no-go.
