I've asked before, but trying again:
Does anyone have info on getting a title?
In my state (FL) it seems I need proof of the last registration to either title, or have the court award me the vehicle.
With no vin to track (the engine is long since replaced) there's no way to track this vehicles history, even if conneticut (where I gotit)kept records that long.
Any help is apopreciated.
