One more suggestion- - - - -Take the starter off, and use a long pry bar on the flywheel teeth through the starter mounting hole. Just be careful and don't break the teeth off! I've used a construction crowbar as a flywheel turner. The angle on the straight end of the bar, and the chisel shape on the end fit a flywheel just right.
