Seems the concensus is either a electrical or fuel delivery problem. After the condenser, I'd pull #1 Plug and wire as previously suggested. Get the helper to turn it over and determine if there is fire in the hole. If not- look hard at distributor and wiring. If arc at #1 plug --time to look at the carb. Gud luk but I'd do this first
so your not guessing which system is fouled up.
