was considering the same set up in my 46 1/2t. just saw on the stovebolt engine company site the bolt in engine mount kit for $120. that should make things a little easier.

however, there seems a need for quite a bit of consideration when going to the 292 for bellhousing, clutch, tranny and so on. see my thread in here 261 vs 292 lots of things to think about
