Thanks polarcat, I'm going to contact Novak for a verification of this and to get their advice on how to proceed.
One thing I've learned about the Internet Discussion Boards is that you need a lot of lead time when posting a question... look how long we've been discussing this and it only now comes up that the fundamental issue may have been poorly advised.
This is not to say I'm taking polarcat's word as gospel. I will verify this FIRST and then follow up.
