truckernix 'Bolter Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 9,115 Bracebridge Ontario Canada	When I downshift with mine, I give a little shot on the gas between gears. There is enough drag with the clutch in to make a difference. My synchros will work on their own but I like to take some of the load away from them to help them last longer. 1951 GMC 1 Ton Flatbed -- It is finally on the road and what a great time I have driving it! 1951 1 Ton Completed My Chevy Master 4 Door is on the Road!
