I am at the wrong computer but I will send you the PDF file that I sent KT. On these old 216s, down on the driver's side of the block, there is a small plate held on by several bolts. Right behind that there is a small tube that somes out of a fitting, loops around and goes back into the block.(I think that I have a picture of that somewhere too.)The tube actually goes through the water jacket and comes out the other side underneath the side cover. From there the feed goes up and connects to the rocker arm
