I have/use wink Snap-On, grin Bluepoint, Mac, Proto, very old Craftsman, some Armstrong and S&K in both metric and SAE

In Whitworth::(my British Machinery) lots of Stahlwille ( wink VG German), King-Di*k, Williams wink (slimline), Tipco, Britool, old Craftsmen, Snap-On, Bluepoint & Koken( ?? brand ).

taps and dies for ALL the above in sizes to 3/4''. I am happy w/ all of them.

a CHEAP tool is NOT worth having in my stable or tool box. They cause more problems than they are worth having--- so off to goodwill or the side of the road.
