Larry, there's no big secret to the stuff I do on the race track, just a lot of things I've learned to increase the performance of a stock-appearing unit. BTW, the 4-lobe reluctor in the V-8 distributor was something Pontiac did in the early days of the HEI distributor on their "Daytona" package used by NASCAR racers in the early 1970's. I found out about it in an ignition system seminar at a GM training center in Memphis, TN a few years ago when we were discussing performance modifications. Feel free to pass it along!
