Alright, by torque rating, are you talking about how many pounds it is rated to pull(i.e.-10,000lbs, 25,000lbs, etc)? So Tulsa winch no longer builds pto operated winches?? I guess I was thinking pto winches were more common than they really are, so is everything pretty much going to hydraulic these days in the heavy stuff?? Thanks again!
