PTO's do have a torque rating but I have no further info on the old Tulsa. They haven't built PTO's for a long time so little info still around. PTO's should be the weak link in a setup, i.e., less torque rating than the transmission gear driving it because it should be less expensive and a lot easier to repair. Not always the case however.
