you won't get that 'proof' Wag, if it's registered as a 59, it was first sold in 59 ... if it had been sold in 58 it would be registered as a 58 regardless of what the vin sez - "production years" started at different times at different plants, could have been months earlier than Sept, could have been later, and there's no way to prove anything to ICBC's satisfaction
