ALWAYS SHIFTED AROUND 4500 TO 4700 RPM. OF COURSE I HAVE
USED TUBEULAR LIGHT WEIGHT PUSH RODS AND WE BALANCED ALL
THE ROTATING ASSEMBLY, INCLUDING THE DRIVE SHAFT AND YOU
WOULD BE SURPRISED HOW SMOOTH THEY RUN WHEN SET UP THAT
WAY. WITH THE REAR END GEARS I'M USING I GET ABOUT 20 MPH
PER 1000 RPM AND AT 3500 RPMS IM DOING 70 MPH, ANF I DON'T
HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT. HOPE THAT INFO HELPS.... | | |
