Thanks Bill. Actually the first picture helped a lot to show me that there is just no way around disassembling the thing. When it came to the heater rebuild, I jumped right in and had fun with it. I'm not so excited this time. This doesn't look so fun.
I have a question for you: what does the spring do? Does it provide the tension to keep the window in the up position? I have a sinking feeling about mine.
