The Stovebolt Site Forums The Shop Area Making a Stovebolt Bed Plywood bed

I put plywood in a '66 GMC wideside that had no wood at all. I wanted to sell the truck so didn't want to spend too much. I used 2 sheets of exterior grade plywood & seamed in the center. I used a few wood splits underneath to keep it together & used one OE metal strip to cover the screws & also help hold the center down. I painted it & it looked pretty good. Brian
