So catch as much air as possible in the front and funnel it thru the rad. Got it. I'm 1/2 of the way there already. I mounted the new radiator (which is just a bit smaller than original) further back so I wouldn't have to use such a long fan spacer. So I've got 3"x20" vertical 12 gauge running up the sides that the rad. is mounted to. Just need to add a horizontal top and bottom piece to have a 3" wide front air catcher.
I'll use aircraft sealant for any daylight. That stuff doesn't come off when our jets are flying 200, 300 knots and lasts a pretty long time.
