Jerry! Good to hear from you! I sent you a P.M. a while ago but, looks like you didn't read it.
I started measuring today and coming up with the design in my head (how all my fabrication gets done). I've got some 20 gauge steel I'm using. I used the shear and brake at work to make the cuts and bends tonight and hopefully will weld tomorrow. The fan will be halfway inside the shroud.
