However, I have a rolling chassis restored with cab bolted on. I am anxious to try to bring the old 216 back to life. What essential wiring can I do just to try to get the beast running. Have not put in a wiring harness yet. Do I have to do that and tape off all the unused connectors, or is there some Mickey Mouse wire job I can do just to try to get the engine going?
