The 4 barrel is superior. I ran several combinations of 2 and 3 Rochesters and it was endless tweaking, swapping jets, leaky float bowls, linkage a major pain etc, etc. When they ran well, MPG sucked. Edelbrock on a heated Clifford intake ran perfect out of the box and MPG went from 13 to 19 MPG.
