So much good information! Imput overload, which way do I go? Cost...availabilty...easiest to swap out...least modifications...? At some point I will have to make a decision/commitment and just go for it.
In talking to some local junk yard dogs, if they don't have what your looking for they get on their yard web site and go looking for other yard dogs who may, but they can't seem to get a good answer on gearing. And you are relying on the guy on the other end to provide accurate info. I don't want to buy something and find out I now have to go through the work of getting the gearing changed! Any suggestion to this problem.
Does anyone have good measurements for truck rear ends for the 55-69 years?
