I would say the ride in my 1 Ton is fairly smooth except when I encounter a certain train of bumps and then I get some good bounces. It steers just fine and doesn't wonder. Of course it doesn't resemble a modern vehicle with the very long steering ratio that it has. The 1 Ton doesn't have shocks in the back and the springs in the front are different than yours. I have radial tubeless tires that are tall and skinny and for light trucks. I don't have any vibrations of any kind.
