Forgot to mention,there's a set screw on the window cranks that should hold 'em on tight. If the screw won't tighten enough,I've loosened the screw,wrapped some foil tightly around the splined shaft (just one or two wraps)and re-installed the handle,and tightened the screw again. That'l usually keep it functional until another handle can be bought.
By "no parking brake",do you mean it doesn't work,or is it missing?
