Burgie, Did you decide to buy this '64 C60 instead of the '65 C60. The Chevy rear axles were vacuum shift where as the heavier Eaton rear axles used by Chevrolet were electric shift. The Chevy rear axles were rated at 15,000, 16,000 , & 17,000lb., the Eaton rear axles were 17,500, 18,500, & 23,000lb. ratings.
