Jim Carter and others have brake wheel cylinders, master cylinders, brakes shoes and other small parts for 1953 1-ton brake systems.
Will you need new brake lines (a good idea)? Those might not be readily available from restoration parts vendors but maybe you (or someone you know) might be able to make lines.
