I know of one not far from here that used to be on one of the local Propane companies flat beds that has been dismounted & the motor removed. It has about a 15' reach and a hook on the end.
Check out craigslist & Ebay, I've seen them here & there. Can call around some of the local propane shops too, never know, they may have a dead truck out back.
