Exactly right, Atomarc. I've spent the last 3 years operating one here. A 90' utility pole weighs over 3,000# and can be lifted from its heavy end, with its cg at a radius of around 40' from the mast. It is bigger than the one in red58's link, and a bit more capacity than you're looking for. With its ancillary equipment, it adds almost 20,000 # to the weight of the truck.
