The engine compartment is what gets me. A frame up and it looks like the motor hasn't been touched. Yeah, gotta be a scam. Probably stolen since there is no title. Beleive me, If I'm going to put any money into a vehicle, its gotta have a title. If he truely spent $30,000 on it, he must have had a overpriced shop do all the work.
