Nice looking '59, I wouldn't mind having it, but he is asking more than I would be willing to pay.
As for the value, it is worth as much as someone is willing to pay, and you never know, he just may find the right person.
Although, I really doubt that he has that much invested, and even if he does, that dosen't necessarilly make it worth anymore.
Just because we may think that his price is too steep, dosen't mean that he won't get it.
I think that he could at least offer to provide a clear title.
