Rebuilt fuel pump- the pump does not allow the gas to exit at the other end. I put my finger on the exit port and could not feel a vacuum. Is the arm that rubs against the cam supposed to be taught, in other words are you supposed to use the bolts to secure the tension? I was thinking it might be a broke camshaft.
Any help is appreciated.
